Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for what you can upload and what you can do with the emote packs you generate.

Last updated: 2026-05-22

By using Emote Pack AI you agree to follow this policy. We suspend or terminate accounts that break it.

Consent of every person in the image

When you upload an image of a real person — including yourself — you confirm that every identifiable person in the frame has given you explicit consent to have their likeness used to generate emote-style derivatives. This is a hard requirement because the output is AI-generated likeness data; several US laws (Illinois BIPA, California CCPA sensitive personal information, Texas CUBI) classify face images and AI-generated likenesses as regulated personal data.

In practice:

  • Yourself — fine, consent is implicit.
  • A friend / family member — you must have their explicit permission. Verbal is enough for our purposes but the law of your jurisdiction may require more.
  • A public figure or stranger — not allowed regardless of how public they are. Likeness rights survive public visibility.
  • A minor (under 18) — never allowed. See below.

Don't upload content that you don't have rights to

  • Don't upload someone else's photo or artwork without their permission.
  • Don't upload images of public figures, celebrities, or streamers to make emotes pretending to be them.
  • Don't upload trademarked logos, mascots, or copyrighted characters you don't own.
  • Don't upload images of real minors in any context.

Don't generate content that harms people

  • No sexual content involving minors. Ever. This is the hardest line we draw.
  • No non-consensual intimate imagery. No deepfakes meant to humiliate, harass, or sexualize a real person without their explicit consent.
  • No content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or violence against specific groups.
  • No content that incites hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • No content depicting real-world graphic violence, terrorism, or extremism.

Don't try to break the service

  • Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-bypass the API.
  • Don't share, resell, or sublicense your account or token balance.
  • Don't use automated tools to create fake accounts or to game the referral system.
  • Don't attempt to extract or retrain on our prompt instructions or model outputs to build a competing service.

Don't impersonate Emote Pack AI

Don't claim a generated pack is endorsed by us, and don't use our brand or logo in your own marketing without written permission.

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is misusing the service, email safety@emotepack.ai with as much detail as you can. We review every report.
