What's a token?
1 emote = 100 tokens. A standard 12-emote pack costs 1,200 tokens. The cost is shown before you spend, so you always know what a generation will run.
How many emotes can I generate at a time?
Free generates up to 12 emotes per pack — one full grid. Creator goes up to 36 per pack (rendered as three parallel batches under the hood). Pro can request the entire catalog in a single pack and gets top-of-queue priority on every render.
Is there a maximum balance per tier?
Yes — each tier has a rollover cap on your total token balance. Free caps at 3,600 tokens (~5 weeks of unredeemed weekly bonuses). Creator caps at 29,000 tokens. Pro caps at 100,000 tokens. Tokens never expire on their own — once they're in your balance they stay there — but credits that would push you over the cap are clipped, and the weekly bonus refuses to redeem while you're at the ceiling. Spend some tokens to unlock the next redemption.
How does the monthly subscription credit work?
Creator and Pro tokens dispense on each anniversary of the day you subscribed. If you subscribed on the 9th, you get fresh tokens on the 9th of every subsequent month — same UTC time. The grant is 20,000 tokens for Creator and 60,000 for Pro, applied to your balance up to the tier's cap. Stale anniversaries catch up automatically; you never lose a credit because of a missed cron.
Monthly vs yearly subscription?
Yearly is 2 months free — Creator goes from $9/mo to $90/yr (≈$7.50/mo), and Pro goes from $29/mo to $290/yr (≈$24.16/mo). The yearly plan still dispenses tokens monthly (Creator 20,000/mo, Pro 60,000/mo), so the rollover cap behavior is identical. Pick yearly if you're sure about the tier; pick monthly if you'd rather keep flexibility.
How does the volume discount work?
Every one-time pack ships with bonus tokens layered on top of the base amount, and the bonus grows as you go up. Starter: 4,000 base + 1,000 bonus (25% extra). Standard: 11,500 + 6,000 (52% extra, save 34%). Power: 39,500 + 26,000 (66% extra, save 40%). Bulk: 171,500 + 140,000 (82% extra, save 45%). The savings badge on each card is the bonus as a fraction of the total. Note: one-time packs still deposit into your tier-capped balance, so size your purchase to fit within your headroom (or upgrade to a tier with a higher cap first).
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link. When a friend signs up using it AND generates their first pack on the platform, you both receive 1,200 tokens — a full 12-emote pack each. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer.
Subscription vs one-time pack — which should I pick?
If you ship a pack a week or more, the Creator subscription is cheaper per token. If your usage is bursty (a few packs per quarter), buy a token pack outright — there's nothing recurring. Both deposit into the same tier-capped balance, so the difference is cadence (monthly drip vs lump sum) and price-per-token. One-time packs are final sale and non-refundable, so size them to what you'll actually use.
Are token packs refundable?
No — one-time token packs are final sale and non-refundable once purchased. If a generation fails because of a bug on our end, the spent tokens are automatically returned to your balance.
Why is everything discounted right now?
We're in an early launch window. Lock in the discounted price by subscribing during the launch — your rate stays at the discount as long as your subscription stays active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — you keep the full subscription, monthly token credits included, until that date. When the period ends your plan flips to Free, and any balance above Free's 3,600-token cap is clipped. Every pack you've already generated stays in your account.
Do I own the emotes I generate?
You retain full commercial rights to anything you generate from your own subject image. Don't upload images you don't have rights to.
